Navage Nose Cleaner Review
I admit, I was skeptical…
I’ve been suffering from allergies and sinus congestion my entire life and I’ve tried nasal rinses before. So why would this one be different?
I decided to give it a try and here’s my experience:
Last spring, I ordered one of these Navage nasal cleaners from Amazon because I had heard great things about it and I needed something that worked.
As soon as I got it, I had to try it out! I followed the directions and filled the water tank with warm water and inserted the salt pod. Then I placed the nose pillows on my nostrils securely, and pressed the start button half-way to build the suction.
After a few seconds of that, I pressed the start button all the way and there it went…
I could feel the solution flowing through my sinus cavities and flushing out all the mucus that had been stopping me up for days. I kept it going until it was all the way through, and then I blew my nose as directed by the manufacturer.
I decided to give it a full test, so I did it twice a day (like they recommend).
Here are my thoughts on the Navage Nasal Cleaner in a Pro/Con list format:
Pros:
- I could breath much better through my nose immediately after.
- It wasn’t messy like a Neti Pot. The water goes back into a separate canister on the device that you dump out.
- It was easy to figure out and use
- The effects my allergies normally have on me are not near as bad when I’m using it regularly.
Cons:
- It was a little uncomfortable at first. I even coughed a few times until I got used to it.
- You have to use the Navage Saline Solution Pods. They’re not that expensive, but I’m the kind of person that usually buys the off-brand when I can.
- It takes batteries. I’ve been using it now for several months and the batteries are still fine, but it could be inconvenient if they run out and you don’t have a replacement on hand.
The Conclusion for my Navage Nose Cleaner Review:
I’m actually quite glad I decided to buy one and try it. It works better than my Neti pot (and not as messy), and with my allergies getting worse, I’m able to breath better than when I’m not using it.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who suffers from allergies or any other sinus issues. If you’re on the fence about getting one, keep in mind you can send it back within 30 days if you purchase it through Amazon.

How Does the Navage Nose Cleaner Work?
The Navage Nose cleaner uses gentle suction power to pull clean saline through one nostril, around the back of the nose, and out the other nostril – providing fast and natural relief from allergies and sinus congestion without the use of drugs

Now that you know how it works…how do you actually use it?
How Do You Use the Navage Nasal Irrigation System?
- Fill the upper tank with warm water and insert salt pod into the crushing chamber.
- Press the nose pillows firmly on your nostrils and make sure there are no gaps.
- Press the button part way until you feel the suction
- Press the button all the way until the saline solution empties out of the top tank. This should only take about 10 seconds or so. Once it’s done, you will hear the pitch of the motor change.
- Grab a tissue and blow your nose to finish cleaning out your nostrils.

Here’s what other users had to say about this Nasal Cleaner:
(from real people)
“I have had allergies and sinus problems all my life and never found a way to beat them until now, I have gotten rid of all spring and summer stuffed noses and sinus infections since I have started using the Navage, no more allergy pills or anything.” – Mary H.
“For the first time in twenty years, I have not suffered through a multi-week, winter sinus infection.” – Rachel C.
“I have bad allergies and have taken tons of medicine when they break out. Since I started using this I have had no allergy problems, breathing is easier and I sleep better at night.” – Larry W.
In conclusion, I just want to say that I don’t think you’ll be disappointed by trying out this Navage Nasal Irrigation system. In fact, I know you’ll love it – especially if you’ve tried other nasal irrigation systems.
